What the site is

A free tool for marking the countries, regions and districts you have visited on a map, choosing a theme and downloading or sharing a poster of them. It needs no account. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.

What you add

Your picks, the name you type and any photo you add are yours. They stay on your device and appear only in the posters you create. Please add a photo only if you have the right to use it and the people in it are happy for it to be shared. You are responsible for what you choose to share or publish with the posters and links you make.

Using the posters you make

You may download, print and share your posters for personal, non-commercial use. They carry the name of the site and its address; please leave that in when you share them. If you want to use posters commercially, please ask us first. The map data comes from open sources whose own licences continue to apply (see the credits in the footer).

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful or to infringe other people’s rights;
• overload, probe or try to break or bypass the security of the site, including with automated high-volume requests;
• try to falsify the visit counter or interfere with how it works;
• present the maps as an official source or as an endorsement by us of any border, name or claim.

Who owns what

The site’s name, design, text and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the site as described here. Map and other data belong to their providers and stay under their licences: Natural Earth (public domain), geoBoundaries (CC BY 3.0 IGO) and DB-IP (CC BY 4.0).

About the maps

The maps are simplified and for general reference and illustration only. The borders, names and territories shown do not express any opinion on legal status, sovereignty or boundaries, not every place or territory is included, and names may be missing or imperfect in some languages. Do not use the maps for navigation, surveying or legal purposes.

No guarantees

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, free of charge. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for your purpose, and the visit counters are approximate.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us, which for a free site is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your legal rights as a consumer where you live.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites such as our data providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and if you keep using the site after a change you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Kuduy is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
